Cupping
Cupping - Deep Tissue Therapy is much like the inverse of massage. A technique that uses small glass as suction devices that are placed on the skin. Using air will create the suction in the cups and causes the skin and superficial muscle layer to be drawn into the cup. The suction and negative pressure will loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure), relieve back and neck pain, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism and weight loss. Cupping assist with cellulite treatments (cups are moved up and down the surrounding area). The negative pressure is valuable for the lungs, and can clear congestion from a common cold or help to control a person's asthma.
